Ilmivera provides online Hafizlik education courses. Our services include access to lessons, educational materials, and support from our qualified teachers.

3. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment in our courses requires a monthly subscription with automatic payments.
  • Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.
  • You may cancel your automatic payments at any time by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us via Contact Us or WhatsApp at +46 76 328 5883.
  • Attending even a single class during a month will require the full monthly fee to be paid.

4. Class Attendance and Cancellations

  • If you need to take a break from the course or have any health issues, please inform your teacher as soon as possible.
  • Monthly fees are based on course enrollment, not on the number of classes attended.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only within the first 14 days of starting the course. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
  • No refunds are provided for ongoing months of study unless there is a case of illness or incorrect charges.

6. Teacher Responsibilities

  • Teachers sign a special responsibility statement and contract ensuring adherence to GDPR, European data protection laws, and Turkish data protection regulations.
  • Teachers can only access student names, surnames, and phone numbers for lesson purposes.

7. Data Protection

  • Your personal information is securely stored and protected by Ilmivera. We are committed to safeguarding your data and complying with all relevant data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources provided by Ilmivera are the intellectual property of Ilmivera and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without explicit permission.
