Return and Refund Policy
At Ilmivera, we strive to provide the highest quality online Hafizlik education. To ensure our students are satisfied with our services, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Physical Materials Return
- We only send the preparatory Elifba book physically to our students.
- If the student wishes to return the Elifba book, they have the right to do so within 14 days from the start of the course. The book must be returned in its original condition.

Course Fee Refund
- Students have the right to a full refund of the course fee if they decide to cancel within the first 14 days from the start of the course.
- This 14-day refund period applies only to the initial enrollment period. Unfortunately, monthly course fees paid after this period are non-refundable.
- The reason for this policy is that we ensure our teachers are fully compensated for their time and effort, regardless of any changes in student participation.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned book and the refund request.

- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
